Yoga

My yoga classes focus on balancing heart-opening expression and deep grounding while linking breath to movement. Yoga is a beautiful, individual journey and I encourage following your own body wisdom and movement. Yoga looks different in everybody, and I focus on the importance of practicing safe yoga while detaching any preconceived ideas about what yoga should look like.
